Program Setup
Launching Your Label in Four Phases
- Brand and spec alignment. Confirm blocks, fabrics, size set and the full trim list so garment and packaging are quoted together.
- Artwork and compliance review. Label and tag files checked for legibility, barcode sizing and required legal text before plate-making.
- Branded PP sample. A sample with final fabric, logo, labels, hang tag and packaging — the reference for bulk and inspection.
- Bulk with identity control. Label and tag application verified inline; packing and carton marks audited at final inspection.
Artwork checklist for a fast start
- Vector logo files (AI, EPS or high-resolution PDF)
- Pantone references for brand colors on labels and trims
- Approved legal label text for every destination market
- Barcode numbering scheme (UPC/EAN) if tags carry barcodes
- Packaging dielines or reference samples for boxes/mailers

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to what apparel buyers ask before requesting a quotation.
What is the difference between private label and custom OEM?
Custom OEM focuses on producing your design. Private label includes the full brand package — the garment plus neck labels, hem tags, hang tags, care labels, packaging and carton identity — so it arrives shelf-ready under your brand.
Do you provide label and tag design?
We produce labels and tags from your print-ready artwork. Basic layout guidance is available, but brand artwork (logo, fonts, legal text) is your responsibility and must be owned or licensed by you.
What legal text is required on the labels?
US and EU markets require fiber content, country of origin, care instructions and responsible party identification, with market-specific rules. See our care label compliance guide; we produce labels to your approved legal text.
Can packaging be customized for retail or e-commerce?
Yes: single polybags with warnings, swing tickets with barcodes, folded inserts, gift boxes, poly mailers and branded cartons. E-commerce programs can be packed to marketplace fulfillment specifications.
