FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to what apparel buyers ask before requesting a quotation.

What artwork do you need for embroidery?
Vector files (AI, EPS, high-resolution PDF) work best. Small text and fine detail need a minimum size; we review the art and suggest simplification where stitches cannot reproduce it cleanly.
Where can logos be embroidered on a polo shirt?
Left chest is standard; right chest, sleeve, back neck and back yoke are common additions. Multiple positions increase stitch time and price, shown per position in the quotation.
Is embroidery more expensive than printing?
Per-unit it depends on stitch count and positions, but embroidery has low setup cost, lasts the garment’s life and looks premium on pique — that is why it dominates corporate and retail polo branding. Compare methods in our embroidery vs screen printing guide.
Can I see a sew-out before bulk?
Yes. The logo is test-stitched on your production fabric at pre-production sample stage for approval; bulk does not start until the sew-out and garment sample are signed off.
