Polo Shirt OEM Manufacturing Services in China

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means you bring the design — tech pack, approved sample or detailed reference — and our factory turns it into production-ready polo shirts under your brand, with a written approval gate before bulk.

The OEM Workflow

How an OEM Polo Shirt Order Runs

Every OEM order follows the same six gates. Nothing in a later gate starts until the previous one is approved.

  • 1. Specification. Tech pack, size chart, fabric and trim requirements confirmed in writing.
  • 2. Quotation. Itemized fabric, CMT, decoration and packaging pricing with MOQ and schedule.
  • 3. Pre-production sample. Physical sample in your fabric and logo for fit and workmanship sign-off.
  • 4. Bulk preparation. Fabric, trims and packaging sourced against the approved sample.
  • 5. Production. Cutting, decoration, sewing and inline quality checks.
  • 6. Final inspection and export. AQL inspection, balance, packing and shipment documents.

Timelines for each stage are on the lead time page; exact dates are always reconfirmed in your quotation.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to what apparel buyers ask before requesting a quotation.

What do I need to send for an OEM quote?
A tech pack is ideal; if you do not have one, send reference photos, fabric preference, target GSM, color count, size range, order quantity and logo artwork. Our tech pack guide lists every useful detail.
Can you copy an existing polo shirt exactly?
We can reproduce the fit and construction of a legally owned reference sample, but we cannot produce counterfeit branded garments or reproduce trademarked logos, labels or proprietary designs you do not own or have permission to use.
Who owns the patterns and samples you make for us?
Patterns developed from your designs and your approved samples are treated as your project property and are not reused for other buyers. NDAs are signed before development where requested.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
OEM means we manufacture your finished design. ODM means our team also develops the silhouette, fabric combination and trims from a brief. Buyers often start ODM for a new line and then run repeat orders as OEM. See OEM vs ODM explained.
