Fit Blocks

Three Starting Points, Your Measurements

  • Classic — straight body, standard sleeve pitch, room across the chest; corporate and uniform default
  • Slim — tapered waist, narrower sleeve and shoulder, closer armhole for retail fashion
  • Relaxed — roomy cut, longer back option, casual and extended-size programs

Every block is a starting point: chest, length, shoulder and sleeve are corrected on the proto sample and then graded across your size run.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to what apparel buyers ask before requesting a quotation.

Which men’s fits can you produce?
Three standard starting blocks — classic (regular body and sleeve), slim (tapered waist, narrower sleeve) and relaxed (roomier cut for casual/plus ranges). Blocks are adjusted to your measurements at proto stage and graded across the full size set.
What size range is available?
Typical men’s runs span S–XXL, with XS and 3XL/4XL extended sizes available on request. Sizes are built to your spec chart; body measurements are checked at final inspection against the agreed tolerances.
Can men’s and women’s styles match across a brand range?
Yes — coordinated programs share fabric, colors and trim language while using gender-specific blocks for fit. See the women’s polo page and our size guide.
Can we use our own size chart?
Absolutely. Buyer size charts and fit models are the normal input for retail brands; we grade from your base size and produce size sets for sign-off before bulk.
