China Polo Shirt Manufacturer & Export Factory

A polo shirt manufacturing and export team registered in Wuhan, producing through our vetted partner factories in Jiangsu, Hebei and Yiwu. Below is what we manufacture, how the lines run, how quality is checked, and what export buyers receive at every stage.

On the Factory Floor

Polo Shirt Production, Start to Finish

Polo shirts move through eight controlled stages: incoming fabric inspection, pattern and grading, cutting, embroidery or printing, sewing, trimming and pressing, AQL inspection, and export packing. Each stage has an owner and a check point.

  • Pique, jersey and interlock knits in cotton, polyester and blends
  • In-house embroidery for chest logos, emblems and patches
  • Screen printing and heat-transfer decoration on panels
  • Measurement audits and random final inspection by AQL
  • Folded or hanger packing with buyer-defined carton specs

Audits, Certificates and Buyer Inspections

What we support

Buyer and third-party factory audits, independent final inspections, fabric and lab testing through accredited laboratories, and signed non-disclosure agreements before sharing samples or designs.

Certificate names are published only where the certificate is current. Audit and test reports are shared with qualified buyers on request — see our about page.

What buyers usually verify

Before first orders, export buyers commonly confirm business license, bank account matching the legal entity, factory address, production capacity against their volume, and certificate validity. We provide documents for these checks — see our about page.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to what apparel buyers ask before requesting a quotation.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer-exporter: our own in-house, English-speaking team handles merchandising, sampling, quality control and export documentation, and the sewing, decoration and packing work is carried out in our vetted partner factories, so you deal with one accountable contact instead of a chain of brokers. Factory verification documents are available to qualified buyers.
Where in China is the factory located?
Our registered office is in Wuhan, Hubei, and our production network is based in Jiangsu, Hebei and Yiwu — established knitwear and apparel manufacturing regions with more than 20 vetted partner factories between them. Full addresses are shown on all export documents and can be requested via the contact page.
Can I visit the factory or arrange an audit?
Yes. Factory visits can be scheduled with our sales team, and buyer or third-party audits (social, quality and security) are welcome. Existing audit certificates are listed on a case-by-case basis because we only share audits that are current.
Which export documents can you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading coordination with your forwarder, certificate of origin where applicable, and product test reports arranged through accredited labs when your market requires them.
