FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to what apparel buyers ask before requesting a quotation.

Can I order custom polo shirts in small quantities?
Yes, within limits. MOQ depends on fabric, number of colors and logo method — see the MOQ guide. Plain styles with standard fabric and a single embroidered logo support the smallest runs; custom-dyed fabric requires higher volume.
Which logo method should I choose for polo shirts?
Embroidery gives the most durable, premium result on pique and is the default for chest logos. Screen printing suits large, colorful designs; heat transfer works for short runs and full-color artwork; woven or silicone patches add a raised, branded look.
Do you match custom colors?
Fabric is lab-dip dyed to your Pantone or physical standard before bulk; trims and sewing thread are matched to the approved dip. Collar tipping and contrast trims follow the same approval flow.
Can I see my logo on a sample before bulk?
Always. A pre-production sample with your actual fabric, logo, labels and packaging elements is produced and shipped for written approval before bulk cutting.
