How fast will I receive my quotation?

Complete RFQs receive a reply within one business day. Incomplete briefs take longer because we have to confirm fabric and decoration assumptions — the checklist on this page helps avoid that.

What files can I attach?

PDF, AI, PNG, JPG, Excel, Word and ZIP files up to 10 MB — tech packs, logo artwork, reference photos and size charts. For larger files we will send a cloud upload link after your inquiry arrives.

Is there a charge for quoting?

No. Quotations and feasibility review are free. Only physical samples carry fees, and sample policy is always stated and agreed before any sampling begins.

Will my designs stay confidential?

Inquiry files are used only to prepare your quotation. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before detailed file exchange; mention it in the project details field.
